The Chemco Group was established in the year 1976 in Mumbai, the commercial capital of India. The Group manufactures and exports Basic Dyes, Solvent Dyes, Acid Dyes, Dyestuff Intermediates and Food Colours.

The Chemco Group has secured and executed numerous export orders from over 20 countries, across 6 continents. These include USA, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, UK, Spain, Argentina, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and South Korea. These are in addition to the domestic sales in India. The Chemco group has grown ten-folds in less than a decade.

Mr. Deepak Mody
He has been associated with the dyestuffs industry for the last two and a half decades. Armed with a vision and a degree in engineering and management from Stevens Institute of Technology, USA, he formed the Chemco Group in 1976.

His gentle yet powerful inspiration has seen the group mould from a two member firm to a team of two hundred dedicated people, working tirelessly in search for excellence.



Mr. Samir Mody
He is a young and dynamic engineer trained in Chemcial Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, USA. He joined the team in 1986.

With a focus on constant innovation, his tireless efforts have transformed the group's reputation as a quality conscious, environmental friendly and technologically robust establishment.
